The Elevator

The Elevator

Why isn't he paying the price,
for living in my nightmares?

The prazosin doesn't block the dreams,
It only silences my screams.

He's out there.
Pretending to be sane.

Now before I can stop the elevator,
kids come out as his king and queens.

They are scarred and confused.
And forever hated by society.

Labeled as having Borderline Personality Disorder.
Or as bad people and liars.
